Tis the season – I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the past year. Being given the opportunity to influence the design production process, and mentoring my team members has been fulfilling. I believe that if the strategy and work is established up front – downstream we can focus on ideating and refining.
As I am making gains in my professional life, my personal growth has been evolving as well. The people I love to surround myself today add to this world. More importantly they encourage me to be the best version of myself.
