At Microsoft (via Revel/Infogain), I lead Design Operations for AI-powered content platforms, supporting migration programs, workflow optimization, and cross-functional execution across design, PMO, and engineering teams. I’ve trained 100+ stakeholders, supported large-scale platform migrations, and built systems that enable teams to operate independently.
Before that, I led Design Operations at Sound United, where I managed a team of 10 creatives and built scalable systems across design systems and DAM platforms, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and accelerating production timelines.
