I believe the best leadership starts with listening. Understanding each team member's personal ambitions, strengths, and growth areas allows me to make thoughtful decisions, fill gaps, and create opportunities that genuinely support their development. I lead by leaning on people's strengths while providing experiences that stretch them professionally.

My approach centers on creating an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work. This means:

Regular Connection: I prioritize consistent check-ins, upskilling opportunities, and mentorship. Growth doesn't happen by accident—it requires intentional investment.

Transparent Communication: Change is inevitable, and I believe transparency about the "why" behind decisions builds trust. When my team understands the context, they can contribute more meaningfully to solutions.

Autonomy with Support: I encourage curiosity and initiative. Some of our best learning happens when we take risks and stumble. My role is to create the safety net that makes experimentation possible.

What Shapes My Approach
My leadership philosophy is deeply informed by years working with at-risk youth in treatment facilities. That experience taught me the power of empathy, the importance of process-oriented thinking, and how to design environments that bring out people's strengths. Those principles continue to shape how I lead creative teams today.

I'm always learning. I seek out mentors who can help me grow as a leader, because I believe the best way to provide a strong culture is to continuously evolve my own practice
